Megan De Cruz

Megan is the first Occupational Therapist to join Milestones Therapy, bringing a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and a background in Brain and Cognition. She is passionate about working with children and youth to support their sensory processing, self-regulation, executive functioning, and both fine and gross motor skill development. Dedicated to providing flexible and accessible care, Megan offers valuable experience in delivering comprehensive occupational therapy services both in-person and virtually.

Jennifer Nicdao
Occupational Therapist, Reg. (MB)
Jennifer earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Manitoba in 2011 and brings extensive pediatric experience supporting infants to school-aged children across a variety of clinical and educational settings. Passionate about child-led therapy, she focuses on building strong, collaborative relationships with families to empower caregivers with effective strategies that build upon a child’s natural interests. Her comprehensive expertise spans developmental milestones, sensory processing, and fine motor skills, alongside fostering independence in school readiness, play, and essential daily self-care routines.

Alexis (Alley) Herring
Occupational Therapist
Alley earned her Master of Occupational Therapy in 2024 following her undergraduate studies at the University of Manitoba, gaining valuable experience supporting children and youth across school, daycare, and community settings. She is passionate about helping children build confidence and engage in meaningful daily activities, with specific clinical interests in sensory processing, emotional regulation, and both fine and gross motor skill development. Dedicated to continuous professional growth, Alley incorporates creativity and collaboration into her sessions to create positive, engaging therapy experiences for children and their families.

Monica Ma
Occupational Therapist
Monica earned her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Alberta, following her psychology studies at the University of Winnipeg, and brings valuable experience supporting children with neurological needs in pediatric rehabilitation. Believing in the power of fun, child-centered therapy, she utilizes each child’s unique strengths to support their self-regulation, fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, and social participation. Monica is deeply committed to collaborating with families and other professionals to help children build the confidence and skills they need to engage in meaningful daily activities and reach their fullest potential.
