Who We Are…
…a team of licensed Speech-Language Pathologists, Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who have completed Masters level training and are registered to practice within the province of Manitoba by the College of Audiologists & Speech-Language Pathologists of Manitoba (CASLPM), the College of Occupational Therapy of Manitoba (COTM) and the College of Physiotherapists of Manitoba (CPM).
All of our Speech-Language Pathologists also are certified, or in the process of completing certification, with Speech-Language & Audiology Canada (SAC) and/or the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) both of which are national advocacy and clinical certification bodies. Our Occupational Therapists also are certified, or in the process of completing certification, with the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists (CAOT).


Danna Kaplan
RSLP, S-LP(C), CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist/Clinic Owner
Danna earned her Master’s degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Houston in 1996, spending the early years of her career gaining diverse clinical experience across Texas hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, and early childhood centers. After returning home to Winnipeg, she founded Milestones Therapy, thoughtfully growing the practice from a single in-home client in 2007 to the launch of its own dedicated clinic space in 2023. As a highly skilled clinician, Danna specializes in early childhood intervention, Apraxia and motor speech disorders, tongue thrusts, and orofacial myofunctional disorders (OMDs), while also holding advanced Level 2 training in Sensory Processing for SLPs.

Andria Green
RSLP, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist, joined Milestones Therapy in 2015
Andria is currently practicing with both the adult and paediatric populations within the public health system and in private practice. Andria splits her time by practicing with adults half-time, and paediatrics half-time. Andria began her education at the University of Manitoba, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Linguistics, and minoring in Psychology. She graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2012 with her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Andria’s current interests and specializations include Cognitive and Communication Disorders in Adults, Feeding/Swallowing and Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Tannis Miles
RSLP, CCC-SLP
Speech-Language Pathologist, joined Milestones Therapy in 2016
Tannis began her education at the University of Manitoba, where she received her Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Psychology, and minoring in Linguistics. She graduated from St. Cloud State University in 1995 with her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Tannis has worked in private practice and in the public health setting over the last 20 years. She has enjoyed working with children and adults in a variety of settings. Tannis has extensive knowledge and experience working with articulation, phonology, motor speech delays and disorders, Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as cognitive and developmental language delays.

Mary Dreger

Our Awesome Administrator, joined Milestones Therapy in 2022
Bringing extensive administrative and accounting experience to the clinic, Mary joined Milestones Therapy in 2022 after taking time to focus on raising her family. As the welcoming first point of contact, she acts as a dedicated liaison between families and our therapy team to ensure a seamless and supportive experience. Whether you need assistance with booking appointments, navigating billing, or answering general inquiries, Mary is always ready to help families smoothly begin their therapy journey.

Megan De Cruz

Occupational Therapist, Team Lead for OT/PT, joined Milestones Therapy in 2023
Megan is the first Occupational Therapist to join Milestones Therapy, bringing a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Toronto and a strong background in psychology, brain, and cognition. She is passionate about working with children and youth to support their sensory processing, self-regulation, executive functioning, and both fine and gross motor skill development. Dedicated to providing flexible and accessible care for families, Megan offers valuable experience in delivering comprehensive therapy services both in-person and virtually.

Donna Harvey

Speech Language Pathologist Joined Milestones January 2024
Donna brings over 25 years of diverse clinical and educational experience in speech-language pathology, having earned her Master’s degree in the Science of Speech-Language Pathology from Moorhead State University in 1997. After spending much of her career in Ontario supporting children and instructing future clinicians, she returned to Winnipeg, where she now balances her work in the local school system with her dedicated role at Milestones Therapy. Her extensive clinical expertise encompasses a wide range of needs, with specializations including articulation, motor speech disorders, fluency, Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC), and developmental language delays.

Jaynee Weiss

Speech-Language Pathologist, Team Lead for SLP, joined Milestones Therapy in 2024
Jaynee earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of North Dakota in 2003 and brings over two decades of dedicated experience across both pediatric and public school settings. Rooted in neurodiversity-affirming care, she prioritizes trust and safety to build joyful relationships, supporting clients and their families in embracing their communication differences while enhancing vital skills. Her extensive clinical expertise focuses on neurodivergent populations, specializing in Autism, ADHD, Down Syndrome, Global Developmental Delay, and complex communication needs requiring Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC).

Gagneet Grewal

Speech-Language Pathologist, joined Milestones Therapy in 2024
Gagneet earned her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from Pennsylvania Western University, building upon her foundational psychology studies and her valuable prior experience as a Communicative Disorders Assistant in Ontario. Her clinical background includes a strong focus on the pediatric population, specializing in early intervention, articulation and phonology, language disorders, and supporting children on the Autism Spectrum. Passionate about helping children find their voice, Gagneet utilizes creative, play-based methods to provide highly tailored in-person and virtual therapy that keeps her young clients engaged and progressing.

Jennifer Nicdao

Occupational Therapist, joined Milestones Therapy in 2025
Jennifer earned her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Manitoba in 2011 and has dedicated her career to pediatrics, supporting infants to school-aged children across daycares, clinics, schools, and the Rehabilitation Centre for Children. Passionate about child-led therapy, she focuses on building strong relationships with families to empower caregivers with practical strategies that build upon a child’s natural strengths and interests. Her comprehensive clinical expertise spans sensory processing, emotional co-regulation, fine motor skills, kindergarten readiness, and fostering independence in essential self-care routines like eating, dressing, and sleeping.

Andrea Ketler

Speech-Language Pathologist, joined Milestones Therapy in 2026
Andrea earned her Master’s in Speech-Language Pathology from the University of Alberta in 2005 and brings over two decades of experience supporting children with diverse communication needs, including speech sound disorders, language delays, and childhood apraxia. Passionate about making therapy accessible and empowering, she translates evidence-based research into practical strategies that parents, educators, and support staff can confidently use in everyday life. Alongside her extensive background mentoring SLP-Assistants, Andrea believes that meaningful progress happens when therapy extends beyond the clinic, giving families the tools they need to help their children confidently find their voices and reach their full potential.

Hannah Gray

Speech-Language Pathology Assistant, joined 2026
Hannah earned her Speech-Language Pathology Assistant diploma from Medicine Hat College in May 2026, building upon her Honors Psychology degree from the University of Winnipeg and five years of valuable experience as a private nanny. Working from a neuro-affirming perspective, she is passionate about helping children build confidence through creative, play-based methods that celebrate all types of brains and communication styles. Her clinical experience spans a wide range of needs, including early language intervention, articulation and phonology, motor speech disorders, and supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

Stacey Grabowski

Early Literacy Intervention Specialist, joined 2026
Stacey is a certified Manitoba teacher and Orton-Gillingham (OG) Associate who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario and two Post-Baccalaureates in Education. With over 25 years of experience in early years education, she has supported diverse learners across both public and private settings as a classroom teacher, student services educator, and early literacy specialist. Providing specialized in-person and online literacy intervention, Stacey is dedicated to helping students of all ages, particularly those diagnosed with dyslexia, dysgraphia, or requiring general literacy remediation. Utilizing the explicit, multisensory Orton-Gillingham approach, she helps children build strong reading, spelling, and writing skills in a supportive environment, empowering them to develop lasting confidence across phonics, decoding, and comprehension.

Lilly Caci
Administrative Assistant
Joined 2026
Lilly is one of Milestones’ administrative assistants, supporting the day-to-day operations of the clinic. Not only does she assist with scheduling and client communication, she also helps create a welcoming environment for clients and families. Lilly received her Bachelor of Science, majoring in neuroscience and is pursuing a future career in speech language pathology.
In her studies, she has developed an appreciation for the relationship between the brain, language, cognition, and overall well-being. Alongside her administrative work her interests include neurological rehabilitation, expressive and receptive language disorders, articulation and phonology. She values the opportunity to learn more about client care and looks forward to working closely with therapists and clients.

Monica Ma

Occupational Therapist, joined Milestones Therapy in May 2026
Monica completed her Master of Science in Occupational Therapy at the University of Alberta, after finishing a Bachelor in Psychology at the University of Winnipeg.
Monica is passionate about working with children and families, helping them build the skills and confidence to participate in the activities that are most meaningful to them. Monica has experience supporting children with neurological needs in pediatric rehabilitation and has specific interest in supporting self-regulation, fine and gross motor development, sensory processing, and social participation.
Monica believes in creating fun, child-centred therapy using children’s unique strengths and interests. She values collaboration with families and other professionals to help children reach their fullest potential.
